A client of Abstract recruitment found it challenging to resource LLOP and FLT drivers with their current agency supplier due to the high demand of skilled workers in the local area. Abstract implemented a training programme to upskill the existing workforce which provided the site with an increase in their pick capacity and their staff retention increased.
The number of colleagues that were trained on MHE within the workforce increased by 47 percent.
Retention of workforce increased by 18 percent.
