I am so pleased that I registered with Abstract Recruitment as I have now secured a full-time job. The Abstract Consultant onsite was always very approachable if I had any issues, and I found the registration process very easy. I liked that from the point of registration they give you clear work assignment details as I found in the past that agency would not give you that much information however Abstract was able to give me accurate information and made the whole process so easy. I have been working in warehouses for the last 5 years since I moved to the UK and I always worked as an operative and thanks to Abstract recruitment I have now progressed to be a reach/ VNA driver, and my pay rate has increased. After 2 weeks of working with them they asked me if I would be interested in the training as they have their own FLT instructors they work with onsite, and it was no cost to myself. The licence is RTITB registered so not just inhouse which is great. They have done FLT training for a lot of my colleagues too. If anyone is looking for a Job, I would recommend Abstract as I feel they really care about the people and want to help us develop.

I would 100 percent recommend Abstract Recruitment to anyone looking for work. They have just providing me with training on Counterbalance FLT which I passed, I am so happy and grateful to Abstract as I would not of had the funds to pay for this as I am in and out of jobs because of covid however abstract provide all their agency colleagues with free Forklift training 😊 It feels great to know I now have secure work with them and that I have a new qualification.

I am happy working for Abstract recruitment, I have worked with them for the last 11 weeks and I have always had 40 hours per week regular work and money is good too. I have just had confirmation that at the start of next month I will receive a permanent contract.
