Abstract were introduced through GRI in 2018 to Corby 2, and have played a key part in the success and performance of the site. It was challenging at first as Abstract were the ‘new kids on the block’ and faced the competition to the existing on site agency, who had provided the site since 2015, nonetheless Chris and the team were committed to work through this challenge and provide the site with temporary labour and eventually become the sole provider of temporary labour for the Corby 2 site. Abstract were requested to TUPE 82 workers from the other agency provider in January 2020, which was completed seamlessly with very few issues which were addressed promptly.

Abstracts offering goes further than just providing temp labour, they will provide MHE training for agency colleagues, supply cut resistant gloves and conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol testing at no expense to CEVA which demonstrates their commitment. Any issues that arise are dealt will promptly and Chris will get involved where needed to ensure they are addressed quickly. All in a]J pleased with Abstracts performance and they support they have provided the Corby 2 site during the past 2 years.
