Abstract Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a top-tier client that has just have their distribution centre in the Daventry area. As operations expand, we’re looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join the warehouse team and make a real impact.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday-Friday (No part time)
- 2pm to 10pm average pay of £13.52.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and speed
- Helping with incoming and outgoing goods
- General warehouse support to keep things running smoothly
- Regular lifting (not heavy, but frequent)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Own reliable transport to reach the site
- Available for immediate start
- Basic English in Reading and Speaking
